Webinar Series “The Future Design of Streets” Back

Wednesday, 5/27/2020
EAUM/Lab2PT, Escola Superior Gallaecia, and FAUP / CEAU organize “The future design of streets” - a series of 5 webinars with the participation of a wide range of experts, invited to explore and share their views on the theme. In urban areas, the streets are essential spaces creating a system of collective resilient and inclusive spaces. The adaptability of the streets is revealed in their ability to integrate new uses and new technologies. Following the new challenges and societal, sustainability and technological balances, the design of the streets has to be redefined.
What are the new design possibilities and strategies? Who uses the street space? How can we design and improve the streets? And what questions should be asked? You can follow this series of webinars and the evolution of the discussion on this topic, on the page https://www.facebook.com/The-Future-Design-of-Streets-106193124439895
